R&D Certification from the French Ministry of Research

Roy Engineering is certified as an R&D and Innovation Company by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

The recognition guarantees that Roy is properly skilled to carry out scientific and technical works involving Research and Innovation activities ; and does comply with the related requirements.

Tax Credits, the so called: Crédit Impôt Recherche (CIR) and Crédit Impôt Innovation (CII) can be then claimed for R&D works outsourced to Roy Engineering.

As per the Frascati Manual, R&D activity of a project can be considered if at least the following five criteria are satisfied. The Project must be:

  • novel,
  • creative,
  • uncertain,
  • systematic (i.e. planned and structured),
  • transferable and/or reproducible.
